I'm Tom, the founder of CarTablet. This all started with a car I had been driving for 10 years and I absolutely loved it. It was older, but I had no reason to replace it. It ran perfectly.

However, the built-in navigation hadn't been updated in years. When I would use the navigation it would send me right through the city center, even though there was a big traffic jam there. Eventually even half the addresses I typed came back as "not found". The car was still amazing, I just wanted to experience the same benefits as the new cars.
