Is the CarTablet compatible with my vehicle?

Yes. If your car has a 12V port (cigarette lighter), CarTablet works. It’s compatible with all vehicles made after 1950 and supports both iPhone (CarPlay) and Android (Android Auto).

Do I need to replace my existing stereo?

No. CarTablet works independently — you don’t need to remove or replace your factory system.

How do I connect the CarTablet to my speakers?

You can choose Bluetooth, AUX cable (included), or the built-in FM transmitter. Once connected, all sound plays through your car speakers.

What apps can I use on CarTablet?

Over 1,200 apps are supported, including Spotify, Apple Music, Audible, Waze, Google Maps, Netflix, YouTube, and more.

Do I need a mechanic to install it?

Not at all. CarTablet is a true DIY plug-and-play device. Simply mount the screen, plug into your 12V port, and connect to your phone. Setup takes less than 5 minutes and requires no tools.

Is the screen bright enough for daytime driving?

Yes. The 10.26” 4K ultra-bright touchscreen is designed for clear visibility even in direct sunlight.

Is it safe to use while driving?

Yes. CarTablet supports voice control via Siri or Google Assistant, allowing hands-free navigation, calls, and music while keeping your eyes on the road.

How do I install the reversing camera?

The reversing camera is easy to install yourself. Just mount it above your license plate, connect it to your reverse light so it powers on when you shift into reverse, and plug the cable into the CarTablet. Once connected, the screen will automatically switch to the camera view whenever you back up.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide with free international shipping included.

Will i get a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.

What if my package gets delayed?

Delays are rare, but if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, just contact us at support@getcartablet.com and we’ll help track it down.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will likely have already been processed and shipped but we can always check what we can do for you

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100-day risk-free trial. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your CarTablet within 100 days for a full refund.

How do i start a return?

Just email us at support@getcartablet.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the steps.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
