Delayed Deliveries

Failure to Accept Parcel
If the customer fails to accept the parcel and it is returned back to our suppliers, the refund will be initiated if and when the package is received at their warehouse.
Address Confirmation
The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct address. We also send a confirmation email to ensure accuracy. Please double-check your details, as once an order is fulfilled, we cannot modify the delivery address. If an address correction is needed after your order has been processed, we are unable to redirect the package.
