We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at support@getcartablet.com. The same terms apply for exchanges as for returns.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
For products that are faulty, damaged or otherwise not as described upon delivery, the above return shipping cost will not apply. In such cases, if the return is approved, we will also cover the cost of the return shipping.
