Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned products
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
8. Lifetime Warranty
Products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not include wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage caused by the customer.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
