Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Delayed Deliveries

Please note that once your order is transferred to your local courier, we are unable to control any subsequent delays. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery, but please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control at your local courier.

Failure to Accept Parcel

If the customer fails to accept the parcel and it is returned back to us, the refund will be initiated if and when the package is received at our warehouse. 

Address Confirmation

The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct address. We also send a confirmation email to ensure accuracy. Please double-check your details, as once an order is fulfilled, we cannot modify the delivery address. If an address correction is needed after your order has been processed, we are unable to redirect the package.
