All Risk Insurance – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to your All Risk Insurance subscription. Please read these terms carefully so you know exactly what’s included, how coverage works, and how you can cancel at any time.

1. What’s Covered

Your All Risk Insurance protects your CarTablet against:

Accidental damage – e.g. drops, cracks, spills, or knocks while mounting or using your CarTablet.
Accidental loss – if your CarTablet is lost by mistake.
Theft – if your CarTablet is stolen.
Defects – faults that prevent your CarTablet from working as intended.

With our Replacement Guarantee, if something happens you will either receive a brand-new CarTablet or a full refund.

2. What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair, coverage does not apply in cases of:

Deliberate or intentional damage.
Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches that do not affect use).
Loss or theft where no proof can be reasonably provided (such as photos or a police report if required).
Accessories or add-ons that are not part of the CarTablet itself.

3. How to Make a Claim

If something happens to your CarTablet, simply:

Send an email to support@getcartablet.com.
Provide your order number and a short description of what happened.
Attach photos (and in case of theft, a copy of the police report if available).

Our support team will review your claim quickly and confirm if you will receive a replacement or refund.

4. Payments & Renewal

The first 30 days are free.
After the trial, your subscription renews automatically
Payments are billed monthly to the same payment method you used at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
A cancellation link is included in your confirmation email.
If you no longer have the link, simply contact support@getcartablet.com and we’ll send it to you.

6. Duration of Coverage

Your All Risk Insurance continues month-to-month until you cancel. There is no fixed contract length.
